"This trip proved to be fruitful both in terms of recreation and education"

trip of Beaconhouse School System students to Punjab Medical College was arranged on December 15th, 2005. The objective of this trip was to empathize students' minds with various highlights of medical education and profession.

Dr.Humaira Arshed of emed showed various departments of the Punjab Medical College and served the purpose with the best extent. Students were shown the departments of Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Physiology and Community Medicine.

The students showed interest in the original samples of various poisons and the visceral organs in the Forensic Museum. The department of Community Medicine captured the students' attention where Head of department, Dr.Zahid Masood briefed them about the importance of hygienic methods and life style.

Overall this trip proved to be fruitful both in terms of recreation and education.
