President emed & All Pakistan Diabetes & endocrine Society, Prof Ahmad Bilal hosts an annual lunch to the Core Committee members every year but this year, the collaborators & friends of the organization were also invited to extend a feeling of gratitude on their continuous support & encouragement.

Present on the occasion, on 14.1.2010 at the residence of Prof Ahmad Bilal were Prof Irshad ul Haq , Dr Mohammad Aslam, Prof Ahmad Bilal, Mr Tariq Mushtaq, Dr Humaira Arshad, Dr Khurram Sohail Raja, Dr Zahid Masood Khan, Mr Waseem Siddiq & Dr Mudassar Faiza. Specially invited guests were, Dr Zaeem Tipu (Principal College of Paramedics), Mr Riffat Zia (Incharge Rescue 1122 in Faisalabad, Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan & Multan Divisions), Mr Mustafa Dogar (Incharge Operations Rescue 1122), Mr Mohammad Sadiq (Public Relationing Officer to Chief Traffic Officer Faisalabad), Mr Asif Pervez Chaudhry (Director Faisalabad Arts Council), Mrs Parveen Akhtar (Principal School of Nursing Allied Hospital), Mrs Kausar Talib (Coordinator emed in School of Nursing Allied Hospital), Mrs Samina Mushtaq (Principal School of Nursing DHQ Hospital), Mrs Farzana (Coordinator emed in School of Nursing DHQ Hospital) and Mr Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar (Chief Patron, Anjuman-i-Tajran Faisalabad).

In his welcome comments, Dr Zahid Masood Khan presented a brief introduction of the guests & invited Prof Ahmad Bilal who highlighted the main events of the ‘Event Calendar 2010’. It was the 1^st time that emed events have been announced in advance for the whole calendar year which is termed as a confident performance of an established platform.

In their comments guests, including Mr Riffat Zia, Mr Sadiq, Dr Mudassar Faiza, Dr Mohammad Aslam, Ch Mohammad Sarwar, Dr Zaeem Tipu & Prof Irshad ul Haq extended their full support to the positive health activities of emed.
